For those of you who were avid visitors to my site over the past 8 months you will see some changes here. For those of you who are visiting for the first time, welcome. I would encourage all who want to know what this is about and how it began to click the paragraph at the right. This will bring you to my original blog and give you the start of everything from my 6 month journey to Northern Ireland.

And for those of you who are impatient, like me,  and don’t want to go back and read what previously happened, I will tell you what is happening.

August 24th, 2009 I embarked for a land that is rich in history, culture, and most of all, known for spice. India has always been a place that has intrigued me and I am happy to be getting the opportunity to go. I’ll be heading there for three months to help out at western style bakery in Delhi. I’ll be volunteering at least 20 hours a week with the bakery, probably more like 30 or 40. And hoping to get involved with the local community as well.
